Purpose & Scope
The role is responsible for supporting the daily operations and coordination of the Cora Environment IoT fleet system, field operations, and stakeholder engagement activities. This includes monitoring and managing IoT-related systems and devices, coordinating manpower for operational initiatives, overseeing operational cases, and supporting event execution such as weekly cash-for-trash activities.
The incumbent will serve as a key liaison between internal stakeholders, operations teams, and vendors to ensure smooth operational delivery, timely issue resolution, and consistent reporting. The role also requires occasional on-site support and flexibility to support weekend operational events when necessary.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Manage and oversee the Cora Environment IoT fleet system, including but not limited to DVR, GPS, and route optimisation systems.
Provide technical support to internal stakeholders for IoT-related issues and escalate matters to external vendors only when necessary.
Coordinate and manage direct labour resources for bin and equipment sticker pasting activities.
Track the progress of sticker deployment works and provide weekly progress updates/reports.
Monitor and manage all overflowing NEA cases on a daily basis, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
Coordinate and manage weekly cash-for-trash events, including preparing and sending event schedules, arranging manpower deployment and ensuring resources and logistics are in place.
Lead discussions and engage stakeholders during meetings, where required, to ensure alignment on operational matters and action items.
Support site operations as needed, including going on-site to assist direct labour when required.
Perform any other ad hoc duties or projects as assigned by the reporting manager.
Qualification, Skills & Experience
Minimum Diploma in Information Technology or related discipline.
Candidates with relevant experience in operations coordination, IoT system support, or field operations will have an added advantage.
Possession of a valid Class 3 driving licence with a good driving record is required.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including but not limited to Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
Basic technical understanding of IoT systems, fleet monitoring tools, GPS, DVR, and route optimisation systems.
Good coordination and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple operational tasks concurrently.
Able to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, operational teams, and external vendors.
Comfortable leading or participating in meetings and driving follow-up actions.
Hands-on and willing to provide operational support on-site when required.
Able to work on weekends with prior notice, especially for cash-for-trash events where manpower support is required.
Resourceful, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced operational environment.
