Location: Changi Airport

Working Day : 6 days ( Roaster Shift / include weekends & public holiday)

Working Hours : 9am - 6pm

Salary Range: $2,200 - $2,500

Job Scope:

• Order Verification: Ensure that orders placed by customers are accurate, complete, and free from errors. Verify customer information, payment details, and shipping addresses.
• Order Entry: Input order details into the e-commerce platform or order management system accurately and efficiently.
• Shipping Coordination: Coordinate with shipping and logistics teams to arrange the packing and shipment of orders. Generate shipping labels and tracking information.
• Pick and Packaging: Ensure that products are packaged securely and appropriately to prevent damage during transit.
• Order Tracking: Keep customers informed about the status of their orders by providing tracking information and order updates.
• Order Fulfilment Optimization: Continuously look for ways to streamline and improve order processing workflows, reducing errors and enhancing efficiency.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other teams, such as customer service, sales, and warehouse personnel, to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
• Software and Tools: Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, order management systems, and related software tools is often required.
