Job description:

- Handled customer inquiries, orders, and requests via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions

- Resolved customer complaints and service issues promptly while maintaining high customer satisfaction

- Provided accurate product information, pricing quotations, and delivery updates to customers

- Coordinated order processing and workflow to ensure timely fulfillment and adherence to customer deadlines

- Maintained detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and administrative documentation

- Collaborated closely with the Sales team and internal departments to support daily operations and resolve outstanding issues

Location:

Yishun (Few bus-stop from Yishun MRT)

Working hours:

Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm

Salary Range:

$2500 - $3300

Requirements:

- Below 45-year-old

- 1-2 years of relevant experience

-Experience in sales support / customer service would be an added advantage
