As an Order Fulfilment Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth coordination between customers, sales teams, and internal departments.
Your responsibilities include:
Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face communication
Providing prompt and professional customer support
Processing orders, quotations, and delivery requests accurately
Coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely fulfilment
Managing customer records and transaction details
Resolving customer concerns efficiently and professionally
Supporting the sales team with administrative and operational tasks
Ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and service standards
Minimum GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ Level qualification or equivalent
1 year of relevant working experience in customer service or sales support
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with common office applications
