About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Coordinator (Order Processing) to support regional order management and customer fulfilment activities. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy coordinating with multiple stakeholders, handling customer enquiries, and ensuring smooth order-to-delivery processes.
Training will be provided, making this a great opportunity for candidates looking to build a long-term career in customer service, order management, logistics coordination, or operations support.
Working Location: Kallang Area, Singapore
Working Hours: Monday - Friday,
8:00am - 5:00pm
8:30am - 5:30pm
9:00am - 6:00pm
Key Responsibilities
Process customer sales orders accurately and efficiently.
Monitor order fulfilment, stock availability, shipment schedules, and delivery timelines.
Respond to customer enquiries regarding order status and delivery updates.
Coordinate deliveries and shipment arrangements based on customer requirements and product availability.
Track customer credit limits and advance payments prior to shipment.
Prepare invoices, delivery orders, shipping documents, and pick lists.
Handle Letter of Credit (LC) documentation for shipment processing.
Prepare special pricing calculations and quotations for management approval.
Update and maintain product pricing information.
Resolve order-related issues such as shipment delays, warranty matters, product discontinuation, and customer notifications.
Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience.
Requirements
NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, Office Administration, or related disciplines.
1–2 years of experience in order processing, logistics coordination, customer service, sales support, or administration preferred.
Fresh graduates or candidates with a strong willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, IFS, or Microsoft Dynamics will be advantageous.
A proactive, customer-focused team player.
