We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Business Development Patient Care Admin Support to join our team at LIVINGSTONE HEALTH LTD. This role offers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates, as comprehensive training will be provided. You will play a key role in supporting healthcare business operations, ensuring smooth coordination of patient matters, and assisting with administrative and billing tasks.
Provide administrative support to the business development team.
Assist in handling billing matters and ensuring timely processing of payments. Verify the accuracy of invoice data and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Coordinate and follow up on patient-related matters in a professional and efficient manner. Address and resolve billing issues or discrepancies as they arise.
Support the development and maintenance of strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Assist in preparing reports, proposals, and other documentation as needed.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless business operations.
Perform any other duties as assigned to support business growth and operational excellence.
* A diploma in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
* Fresh graduates are welcome to apply – training will be provided.
