Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and register patients accurately within the healthcare system
• Coordinate and schedule appointments to ensure smooth patient flow
• Handle enquiries professionally via phone and in person
• Provide support for financial counselling and payment collection processes
• Perform cashiering and administrative duties with accuracy
• Assist healthcare professionals with basic patient care support when required
• Maintain and update patient records through data entry and system administration
• Support day-to-day clinic and operational activities
• Carry out other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum GCE N Levels, O Levels, A Levels, Diploma, or equivalent qualification
• Passionate about healthcare and patient service
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications
• Detail-oriented with good organisational abilities
• Able to commence work within a short notice period is advantageous
• Prior experience is not required as structured training will be provided
