Champion patient relations at our dental group. This senior front-desk role blends hands-on service with leadership — you will mentor the team, handle escalations, and keep service standards high across our clinics.
Work schedule: rotating 5-day work week with at least one weekend day; day shifts 8:30am–6:15pm; no night clinics; closed on public holidays.
What you’ll do
Deliver and model excellent patient service
Mentor front-desk colleagues and maintain standards
Resolve complaints and escalations professionally
Coordinate with the clinical team and oversee claims accuracy
Carry out administrative tasks that support daily clinic operations (reports, records, supplies and coordination)
What we’re looking for
Experienced in front-desk / patient service, ideally healthcare
Supervisory or mentoring experience; strong communicator
Able to perform all core front-desk duties well: patient booking, payments, insurance claims and correspondence
A local diploma or equivalent (required)
Rotating roster with one weekend day
