Patient Service / Admin Associate (Healthcare) – Trainee

Looking for a stable office-based role with people contact? Join our dental group as a Patient Service / Admin Associate. Largely administrative — scheduling, billing, claims and records — with full training and no experience required. 

Work schedule: rotating 5-day work week with at least one weekend day; day shifts 8:30am–6:15pm; no night clinics; closed on public holidays. 

What you’ll do 

• Coordinate appointments and the clinic’s daily schedule 

• Process payments and handle cash/card transactions accurately 

• Submit and track dental claims (CHAS, Medisave, insurance) 

• Maintain organised records and manage supplies 
  

What we’re looking for 

• Local diploma/degree or equivalent in any discipline 

• Good written and verbal communication; organised and detail-oriented 

• Basic computer literacy 

• Rotating roster with one weekend day; full training provided
