Patient Service Associate

Join a family-oriented dental practice as a Patient Service Associate. You will play a key role in delivering a seamless patient experience — from the moment they walk in to the moment they leave. We offer a 5-day work week with day shifts only, competitive pay, and structured career growth. 

What You Will Do 

• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments to optimise clinic workflow 

• Process patient payments (cash, card, NETS) accurately and professionally 

• Submit and verify dental claims via CHAS, Medisave, and insurance portals 

• Communicate effectively with patients to create a welcoming atmosphere and address enquiries 

• Perform administrative tasks including data entry, record keeping, and office coordination 

• Manage office supplies and support the smooth daily operation of the clinic 
  

What You Need 

• Diploma or degree in any discipline 

• Good communication and interpersonal skills 

• Proficient in using computer systems and office software 

• Able to work rotating day shifts including at least one weekend day 

• Prior experience in customer service, healthcare, hospitality, or retail is an advantage but not required
