Patient Service Associate Executive Assistant (GOVT/CENTRAL) #HAO

Salary: up to $3k

Job Duration: 6 months contract convertible

• Supports Outpatient Management Unit (OMU) managers to plan, manage and propagate PSA core knowledge and skills training so as to advance and improve PSA practices in accordance to the institution needs and service direction
• Delivers effective training for Specialist Outpatient Clinics (SOCs) staff.
• Assists in the development of PSA Propel training curriculum and prepare training manuals, guides and materials for SOCs to ensure staff members develop and maintain a thorough knowledge that is required for SOC operations
• Supports Manager in collaboration with IT department and Human Resource Development to enhance the quality of education for PSA and trainees.

Job Requirements: Min GCE N/O/A Levels or Diploma with 2 years of customer service/PSA experience
