Key Responsibilities

• Register patients and ensure accurate processing of patient information.
• Schedule and manage appointment bookings.
• Provide financial counselling and cashiering services where required.
• Guide patients with self-registration kiosks and digital services.
• Respond professionally to patients' enquiries and provide frontline support.
• Handle phone enquiries and perform general administrative duties.
• Support the team with other operational and administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE N/O/A Levels or Diploma in any discipline.
• Customer service-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• No prior experience is required as structured on-the-job training will be provided.
• Applicants who are able to commence work within a short notice will have an advantage.
