Patient Services & Clinic Operations Coordinator #HDC

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and register patients, issue queue tickets, and maintain accurate patient records.
• Attend to front counter enquiries, billing matters, and cashiering duties.
• Coordinate and schedule patient appointments, including follow-up visits and required investigations.
• Manage doctors' appointment templates and assist with appointment changes or rescheduling.
• Respond to patient enquiries and feedback professionally, working closely with the relevant departments to ensure timely resolution.
• Prepare clinic administrative reports and support daily clinic operations.
• Liaise with doctors, nurses, and internal teams to facilitate seamless patient care.
• Perform end-of-day counter reconciliation and closing procedures.
• Contribute ideas to enhance service quality and improve the overall patient experience.

Requirements

• Minimum N, O or A Levels, or Diploma qualification.
• Training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build experience in healthcare administration.
• Able to commit to a minimum of 3 months.
• Available to commence work within a short notice period.
