Payroll & HR Specialist

We’re a boutique payroll outsourcing company in Singapore, passionate about simplifying HR for businesses. We’re looking for a dedicated HR specialist to join us and play a key part in delivering exceptional HR and payroll services to our clients.

We believe in working smart, not just hard — we value flexibility, empathy, and deep domain expertise. This role offers a hybrid & flexible working arrangement (FWA), ideal for freelancers, working mothers, caregivers, semi-retirees, and professionals with deep experience across HR functions.

What You’ll Do:

• Payroll Expert: Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with CPF, IRAS, and other statutory requirements.
• Work Pass Expertise: Handle work pass (EP/SP/WP) applications, renewals, and cancellations with precision, staying updated on MOM regulations.
• HR Operations Support: Assist with onboarding, offboarding, employee records management, and other essential HR services.
• Problem Solver: Be the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries, providing solutions and guidance to keep things running smoothly.
• Compliance Assurance: Ensure all HR practices align with Singapore’s employment laws and statutory requirements.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in HR, especially in payroll and work pass management.
• Knowledge of Singapore’s employment laws and regulations (MOM, CPF, IRAS, etc.).
• Familiarity with HR software and tools (e.g., InfoTech, Talenox, QuickHR, Payboy).
• Detail-oriented, organized, and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
