Payroll Officer – $3,800 Bedok (East)

Location: East, Singapore
Employment Type: Permanent
Salary: $3,000 – $3,800 per month

Working hours: 8:15 AM to 5:15PM (Mon to Fri)

Key Responsibilities

• Process end‑to‑end monthly payroll for non‑executive staff
• Review and reconcile payroll registers, bank files, and tax computations
• Generate weekly, monthly, and ad‑hoc payroll reports
• Handle statutory submissions (IR21, IR8A, NS claims, government‑paid leave, etc.)
• Support audit checks, compliance requirements, and government surveys
• Provide occasional support for recruitment activities

Requirements

• Certificate/Diploma in Human Resources preferred
• Minimum 1 year of hands‑on payroll experience
• Experience handling payroll for 80–100 headcount (blue‑collar workforce preferred)
• Strong Excel and HRIS skills
• Able to start immediately or within short notice
