Job Description - People & Culture Executive

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive People & Culture Executive to support the full spectrum of HR and administrative functions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, responsible, and able to manage both operational and project-based HR work.

This role provides exposure to a wide range of HR responsibilities, including recruitment, employee life cycle management, policy implementation, and HR initiatives. You will work closely with management and various departments to support business needs and ensure smooth HR operations.

Responsibilities

HR Operations

  • Handle work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and related matters.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records (soft and hard copies).
  • Update HR databases for new hires, movements, resignations, etc.
  • Support monthly payroll inputs, attendance, and HR reporting.
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Administer employee insurance matters, including enrollments, updates, claims submissions, and follow‑ups.

Recruitment & Talent Support

  • Work with departments to prepare job postings and screen applicants.
  • Coordinate interviews and recruitment activities.
  • Support internship or trainee programs when needed.

Employee Engagement & HR Projects

  • Assist in planning and executing HR and staff engagement activities.
  • Support employee welfare, training coordination, and company events.
  • Prepare HR communications, reports, and presentations for internal use.

Policy, Compliance & Process Improvement

  • Assist in drafting and updating HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with MOM regulations and company standards.
  • Participate in internal HR audits and help maintain data accuracy.
  • Support workflow improvements and HR system enhancements.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or related fields
  • 2–4 years of HR experience preferred
  • Good knowledge of Singapore employment regulations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High sense of responsibility and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Able to work independently, multitask, and meet deadlines
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow

Work Location

Tuas Avenue 1 (6 mins walk from Gul Circle MRT)
Company transport provided (Jurong East ↔ Office at specific timings)
