Perm Admin Assistant (Logistics) Educational Centre Up to $2700 #NKA

Location: Sin Ming Rd

Working Hours: Mon - Fri 9am - 6.30PM

Salary: Up to $2700 + VB (subject to performance)

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with schools on delivery and collection of competition materials
• Prepare and pack materials (e.g. papers, certificates, medals) for distribution
• Maintain accurate records of inventory and deliveries
• Track delivery status and follow up with schools when required
• Support logistics operations during competition periods
• Liaise with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
• Handle general administrative and logistics tasks assigned by the Logistics Manager

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in any field
• Organized, detail-oriented, and responsible
• Good communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
