Perm Admin Assistant West Up to $2400 13 month #NKA

Location: Gul Road (Pickup at Boon Lay MRT)

Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 9am - 5:30pm

Salary: Up to $2400 + 13 month bonus

Job Responsibilities:

• Receptionist Duties (Handling of phone calls etc)
• Issuing of Purhcase Orders
• Update Delivery Performance for Critical & Non-Critical Suppliers
• Update and Monitor staff attendance records (MC, Late etc)
• Update and Filing of staff training records (ISO 9001/14001)
• Ordering (Lunch, Mineral Water, Biscuits etc)
• General Filing of all correspondence (DO, Service Reports etc)
• Update Staff Movement Chart (White Board)
• Air tickets and Hotel reservations
• Liaise with Office Cleaner for ordering of sundry items (coffee, soap etc)
• Liaise with Company Tailor & Cleanwear Laundry Vendor
• Handling visitors and serve coffee
• Assist in organising Company Welfare Programmes (Cpy Trip etc)
• Any other ad-hoc duty assigned by HOD
