Perm Corporate Secretarial Assistant #BLM

Jobs Responsibilities

• Manage mail operations including hold mail services, redirection, daily sorting, and coordination with clients
• Handle scanning of bank statements, client documents, and standard correspondences (e.g. IRAS, SBF letters)
• Support corporate secretarial work including document scanning, Viewpoint updates, and requesting company reports (e.g. COI, Good Standing)
• Coordinate certification and notarisation of documents, and assist with bulk updates of charges and disbursements
• Manage file closure processes in accordance with the File Closure Checklist
• Maintain CDD and Sentroweb records including profile updates, screening, ongoing monitoring, and follow-ups on reviews and documentation

Job Requirements

• Min. 1 year of experience in corporate services/corporate secretarial firms preferred
