Job Description - Personal Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized, professional, and proactive Executive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our Chief Executive Officer. The ideal candidate will be a skilled administrative professional who excels at managing executive schedules, driving task completion, and conducting business research in a focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Calendar & Schedule Management: Strategically organize and maintain the CEO’s daily schedule, including coordinating internal corporate meetings, client appointments, and personal commitments.

  • Task & Priority Tracking: Manage and structure the CEO’s daily to-do lists, ensuring that urgent tasks are prioritized and operational goals are met.

  • Project Progression & Follow-Up: Monitor ongoing projects and follow up with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO to ensure timelines are strictly adhered to.

  • Market Research: Conduct targeted industry research, analyze market trends, and compile brief, data-backed reports to assist the CEO with strategic decision-making.

  • Office Administration: Oversee the daily administrative operations of the yacht-based office, including document management, digital filing, and coordinating office logistics.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar high-level corporate administrative role.

Workplace Adaptability: Comfort working daily in a stationary, water-adjacent office environment (the vessel is permanently docked and does not travel). No maritime experience is required.

Organizational Skills: Exceptional time-management skills with a proven track record of managing complex schedules and workflows.

Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in standard office software (e.g., Trello, Google Workspace) and project management tools.

Communication & Discretion: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of professionalism and absolute respect for confidentiality.
