About the Role

Omninest Pte Ltd is looking for a highly motivated Executive Assistant / Chief of Staff to work directly with our Founder & Group CEO in driving regional expansion across China and the Asia Pacific.

This is more than an Executive Assistant role—you will be involved in business development, strategic partnerships, brand management, e-commerce, offline retail, and regional operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage executive calendar, travel, and meetings
• Support regional business development across China & APAC
• Build relationships with brands, factories, distributors, and key partners
• Coordinate marketplace operations (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Tmall, JD, Douyin)
• Support offline retail expansion and channel partnerships
• Coordinate cross-functional projects with marketing, logistics, finance, and sales teams
• Attend regional meetings, trade shows, factory visits, and business negotiations

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in Executive Assistant, Business Development, Regional Operations, or Brand Management
• Strong knowledge of China and APAC markets
• Experience in e-commerce, retail, distribution, or consumer brands
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills
• Comfortable travelling 50–75% annually

• China market expansion
• Cross-border e-commerce
• Consumer electronics, beauty, lifestyle, or FMCG industries
• Marketplace platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Tmall, JD)
• AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or Gemini
