PERSONAL  ASSISTANT 

Salary up to $3000

Permanent 

5 Day work week  (Mon - Fri 9-6 pm )

Multiple locations 

JOB SCOPE:

•  Provide full administrative support to the Manager.
•  Perform data entry, filing and verify documents
•  Ensure accuracy of data documents collected.
•  Scheduling appointments for all meetings.
• Maintain and keep proper records of confidential documents.
• Coordinate and assist with the company's projects assigned 

REQUIREMENTS:

•  Organized, have good time management.
  
•  Excellent in communication and interpersonal skills.
•  Disciplined and Meticulous.
•  Proficient in Microsoft office.
•  Diploma / Degree holders.
•  Only Singaporeans.
