• Minimum A Levels/ Polytechnic Diploma/ Degree  (21 yrs old & above)

• Good interpersonal and communication skills

• Organised and meticulous

• Strong time management skills, task-oriented

*No experience required, training will be provided

Job Description:

• Scheduling meetings and appointments

• Reminding the manager/ exec of important tasks and deadlines

• Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations

• Managing databases and filing systems

• Collating and filing expenses

• Miscellaneous tasks to support the manager/ exec
