Job Description - Personal Assistant to CEO

We are looking for a proactive, organised and adaptable Personal Assistant to provide secretarial, administrative and operational support to the CEO. The ideal candidate should be professional, flexible, social media savvy and comfortable working in a fast-paced media/livestream environment.

Job Responsibilities:

* Provide full secretarial and administrative support to the CEO.

* Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, appointments, presentations and travel arrangements.

* Coordinate with internal and external parties on personal matters and business operations.

* Assist with errands, administrative tasks and ad-hoc duties as assigned.

* Handle all matters with professionalism, confidentiality and efficiency.

* Support social media and livestream-related operations when required.

* Serve as the primary administrator during live broadcasts across key social commerce platforms, including TikTok and Shopee

* Assist with livestream preparation, including product arrangement, product details, pricing, vouchers, bundles, links and promotions.

* Support livestream operations by monitoring comments, enquiries, orders, stock issues and engagement, assisting with product pinning, link updates, pricing checks, flash deals and post-livestream follow-ups.

* Assist with basic video editing, content coordination or advertising-related tasks when required.

* Demonstrate high adaptability in a fast-paced environment, remaining flexible to evolving priorities, urgent requests, and non-standard working hours.

Requirements:

* Must be 21 years old and above.

* Open to Singaporeans and PRs only.

* Must possess a valid Class 3 or 3A driving licence.

* Minimum 2 years of working experience, preferably in the service industry or relevant industry.

* Prior livestream admin experience on TikTok, Shopee or similar platforms is highly preferred.

* Social media management, basic video editing or advertising experience would be an advantage.

* Must be social media savvy and able to present themselves professionally.

* Strong organisational, communication and time management skills.

* Proactive, adaptable, spontaneous and willing to learn.

* Able to work weekends, late nights and flexible hours when required.

* Must be able to travel frequently and on short notice.

* Positive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality.
