Personal Assistant to Executive Director

Job Overview

Established for over 40 years, Continental Steel is a premier steel supplier in South East Asia. We are looking to hire an enthusiastic Personal Assistant to provide a full spectrum of secretarial support to the Executive Director and Management Team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to Executive Director and Management Team including managing of calendars, scheduling of meetings and making travel arrangements
• Attending to personal and family matters for Executive Director including coordinating of social activities and managing household necessities
• Attending meetings and social events with Executive Director
• Receiving of guests and visitors to the Company
• Maintaining confidentiality on sensitive information
• Other duties as assigned by Executive Director

Requirements:

• Strong organizational, multi-tasking and prioritization abilities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Positive working attitude, self-disciplined and able to thrive in a team
• Quick response time and highly adaptable in a fast-moving environment
• Strong command of English
• 3 years work experience as a Personal Assistant is preferred
• Responsible, reliable and able to work flexible hours
• Some overseas travel can be expected
• Experience in Customer Service / F&B / Aviation Industry will be an advantage
• Able to start work immediately
