Personal Assistant to Founder F&B Company Up to $3,800

We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Personal Assistant to provide administrative, coordination and operational support to the Founder of a growing F&B company.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Founder’s calendar, appointments, meetings and reminders.
• Organise daily priorities and follow up on outstanding matters.
• Coordinate with employees, outlet teams, suppliers and business partners.
• Handle calls, emails, WhatsApp messages and correspondence.
• Prepare documents, reports, presentations and meeting notes.
• Arrange business travel, transport, accommodation and reservations.
• Track expenses, receipts, claims, invoices and payments.
• Assist with research, purchases, errands, events and special projects.
• Handle confidential business and personal matters professionally.
• Provide other administrative and operational support when required.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant PA, EA, administrative or coordination experience preferred.
• Experience supporting a founder, entrepreneur or senior management is advantageous.
• F&B or retail experience is an added advantage.
• Highly organised, responsive and strong in follow-up.
• Proactive, resourceful and able to work independently.
• Able to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and WhatsApp.
• Trustworthy and able to maintain strict confidentiality.
• Occasional flexibility outside normal working hours may be required.
