Personal Assistant/Chauffeur Responsibilities

• Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments

• Reminding chairman of important meetings, tasks or deadlines

• Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation

• Responsible for all licence, road tax, insurance renewal

• Personal driver to Chairman for official business and personal appointments

• Provide chauffeur services to Chairman’s family members and guests as and when required

• Running of errands for the Chairman as and when required

• Maintain discretion and strict confidentiality always

• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

• Proactive, Punctual, Honest and good work ethics

• Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the vehicle

• Run errands and perform administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Valid driving license with a clean driving record
• Familiar with Singapore routes
• Minimum 5 years working experience as Family Driver with top management
• Able to work irregular hours (including public holidays)
• Good punctuality, patience, attendance, integrity and work ethics
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Flexibility to work outside regular office hours, if needed
• Ability to handle basic administrative tasks proficiently (e.g., email correspondence, scheduling)
