Planner Coordinator

Job Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule daily, weekly, and monthly production activities based on customer requirements and production capacity.

• Release and monitor work orders for fabrication, welding, assembly, and finishing processes.

• Prioritize urgent orders and adjust schedules to minimize delays and production disruptions.

• Monitor production progress and follow up on delayed jobs to ensure delivery commitments are met.

• Coordinate with Purchasing and Warehouse teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components.

• Monitor inventory levels and highlight shortages or excess stock situations. Ensure MRP system data accuracy for materials, lead time, and job status updates.

• Work closely with Production Supervisors and Engineers to resolve scheduling conflicts and capacity constraints.

• Support workload balancing across departments such as laser cutting, CNC bending, welding, powder coating, and assembly.

• Participate in production meetings and provide planning updates and recovery plans where necessary. 

Job Requirement

• Minimum Diploma in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• At least 2–3 years of experience in Production Planning, Production Control, Manufacturing Administration, or Supply Chain.

• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

• Hands-on experience with SAP ERP, particularly Production Planning, Inventory Management, or related modules.

• Working Hours : 8.15am to 5.30pm (Mon-Fri)

• Location : Changi North

• Company Bus : Pick up at Ang Mo Kio, Yishun, Hougang, Punggol, Pasir Ris, Bedok, Tampines MRT/Interchanges
