Job Description - Preschool Administrator

Job Responsibilites:

· Prepare financial and centre reports e.g petty cash, daily collections, centre enrolment, etc.

· Input data into ECDA website e.g particulars of new teachers, reporting of cases of infectious diseases subsidy, etc.

· Prepare monthly forms such as teachers' and chilren's attendance form, sign in/out forms, school bus attendance forms, etc.

· Conduct daily health checks with the Champs at the door.

· Assist parents in the purchasing of merchandise such as uniforms, caps and books.

· Conduct stock-take and ensure re-stocking of supplies such as merchandise and stationery.

· Escort the Champs in boarding school buses.

· Handle parents' enquires.

· Handle adhoc duties as and when necessary.

Job Requirements:

· Diploma in any field (preferably Business Management).

· 1 year of relevant administrative experience in a preschool environment.

· Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
