Basic Salary: Up to $2800

Working Day: 5 Days per week

Location:   Somerset

Job Duties:

• Handle incoming phone calls, enrolment and respond to general enquiries professionally.

• Perform administrative processes in line with MOE guidelines and requirements.

• Manage customer enquiries while Maintaining confidentiality and foster effective communication with staff and parents as well as provide timely follow-up and coordination.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent

Prior experience in customer service or admin will be highly advantageous
