Preschool Teacher

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated English Preschool Teacher to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will create a safe, engaging, and nurturing learning environment that supports the holistic development of children through meaningful and interactive experiences.

Requirements

• CPT (Certificate in Preschool Teaching) or equivalent ECDA-recognised qualification.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin (to support communication with children and parents).
• Minimum 3 years of relevant preschool teaching experience.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Caring, patient, enthusiastic, and committed to children’s development.
• Good team player with a positive attitude.
• Current First Aid certification is an advantage.

Job Responsibilities

• Foster children’s cognitive, language, social, emotional and physical development.
• Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment.
• Observe, assess and document children’s learning progress.
• Build strong relationships with parents through regular communication and conferences.
• Prepare teaching resources and maintain classroom displays.
• Ensure children’s health, safety and well-being at all times.
• Participate in school events, professional development and staff meetings.
• Work collaboratively with fellow teachers and centre management.
• Support the implementation of the centre’s programmes, including Multiple Intelligences (MI) activities where applicable.
