Pricing Executive

• Position: Strategic Planning Executive

• Location: Alexandra

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8.30am – 5.30pm)

• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4,200 + Monthly Transport Reimbursement + Performance Bonus

• Duration: Permanent

• Industry: Electric Automotive Products

Main Responsibilities:

• Responding on enquiries from customer & processing pricing estimates/quotations

• Co-ordinate, negotiate & data gathering for the quote preparation

• Price reviewing, budgeting and analysing

• Assists in preparing, analysing customers and suppliers’ forecast actual demands, etc

• Support monthly reporting

Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Minimum Diploma in any discipline with 1 year of relevant experience

• Experienced in handling shipment arrangements and coordinating with customers/suppliers/forwarders

• Hands-on knowledge of the end-to-end process from Purchase Order (PO) creation through to shipment
