Job Description - Procurement Admin

Procurement Admin (Automotive) is to support our vehicle sourcing and bidding operations. This role plays a critical part in driving procurement efficiency, improving bidding accuracy, and securing profitable vehicle acquisitions in a highly competitive market.


Key Responsibilities

1. Automotive Market & Product Knowledge

· Develop strong understanding of the Singapore automotive market, including vehicle specifications, pricing, and demand trends.

· Monitor COE trends, ARF calculations, and regulatory requirements.

· Stay updated on bidding channels, auction platforms, and sourcing opportunities.

2. ERP System & Costing Competency

· Utilise Vin’s ERP system for vehicle cost computation and bid price calculation.

· Perform margin analysis and profitability assessments for each bid.

· Maintain accurate data entry and ensure all cost components are properly recorded.

· Continuously optimise calculation methods to improve bidding accuracy and win rates.

3. Bidding & Procurement Operations

· Prepare and manage bidding calculators across multiple channels (auctions, dealer platforms, internal systems).

· Review and verify vehicle specifications before finalising bid prices.

· Analyse past bidding results to refine future strategies.

· Ensure timely submission of bids in accordance with deadlines.

· Track bid outcomes and manage post-bid processes efficiently.

4. Inventory & Documentation Management

· Coordinate with Sales, Admin, and Finance teams on procurement documentation.

· Update procurement status and inventory records in the ERP system.

· Ensure all purchase contracts, invoices, and supporting documents are properly maintained and filed.


Requirements

· Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data calculations.

· Familiarity with ERP systems (experience in automotive systems is an advantage).

· Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

· Interest in automotive industry, bidding, or procurement processes.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.


Working Hours

· 5 days work week (2 weekdays off)

· Working Hours: 11.00am – 9.00pm (inclusive of 1-hour dinner break)

· Work Location: Office-based
