Procurement & Admin Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement & Admin Executive to support day-to-day procurement operations across two key systems — GeBIZ and Workday. You will manage the full procurement administrative cycle, from publishing tenders and issuing purchase orders to guiding internal users and resolving system-related issues with vendors and helpdesks.

What You Will Do

GeBIZ Administration

• Publish and award procurement exercises including ITQs, ITTs, and RFQs on GeBIZ
• Liaise with the GeBIZ helpdesk to resolve system issues and ensure timely processing
• Handle general staff queries relating to GeBIZ processes and requirements

Workday Procurement Administration

• Issue, vary, create, close, and terminate Purchase Orders (POs) in Workday
• Update Workday Worktags and ensure accurate system entries across procurement transactions
• Guide Goods Receipt Officers (GROs) in performing goods receipts correctly and on time in Workday
• Support staff queries related to Workday procurement processes

Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination

• Liaise with outsourced vendors on the creation of Period Contract POs and resolve issues faced by internal requestors
• Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure procurement activities are completed accurately and within required timelines

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field
• Singaporean Only
