$4,000 - 4,800 monthly

Job Description - Procurement Executive

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Your duties and responsibilities are stipulated, but not limited to, as follows: -

·         Supplier Management (Sourcing, Supplier Evaluation, Selection)

·         Generation of Purchase Order and process change orders

·         Managing budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness

·         Contract negotiation with vendor and ensure the material are acquired at best pricing

·         Update and maintain the vendors listing, purchasing and costs in the in-house system

·         Monitor and coordinate with vendors to expedite for prompt delivery of purchases and services

·         Maintain proper documentation records of purchases and contracts

·         Period reviews and update procurement manual and processes

·         Liaise with Finance department and vendors to resolve discrepancies such as products, quality, delivery or payment issue, if any

·         Lead and conduct yearly vendor evaluation survey with analysis reports

·         Track the status of any orders

·         Liaise with local / overseas suppliers on enquiries

·         Issuing of Purchase Orders, handle all procurement matters

·         Dealing with Chinese counterparts.

·         Preferably with Electrical knowledge

·         In charge for procurement matters for JE Group

·         Any other duties assigned by Head of Department

Minimum Requirements

· Seeking candidates proficient in Chinese to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking business partners

· Diploma or degree in any discipline

· Minimum of 4 years of proven procurement experience in oil, gas & power energy related business industries

· Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, and inventory control practices

· Excellent negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain positive supplier relationships

· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to evaluate supplier options and identify cost-saving opportunities

· Attention to detail and accuracy in processing purchase orders and maintaining procurement documentation

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment to meet procurement objectives
