Procurement Executive

Procurement Executive is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and satisfaction. This role supports clients, the sales team, and stakeholders by promptly handling inquiries and ensuring accurate responses.Key duties include maintaining a positive work image, coordinating daily business priorities, managing customer orders, investigating complaints, and facilitating product returns and credit requests. Essential skills include efficient communication, strong interpersonal abilities, multitasking proficiency, conflict resolution, and a focus on customer service and results. Due to the interactions between offices across regions, Japanese/Malay language proficiency is neccessary to work with overseas counterpart.
