Procurement Executive (Construction/ Commercial Kitchen Equipment)

• Location: AMK
• Working hrs: Mon - Fri, 8.30am - 5.30pm

Job Descriptions

• Source and evaluate local and overseas suppliers for commercial kitchen equipment.
• Request quotations, compare prices, and negotiate with suppliers for the best deals.
• Prepare cost estimates and support budgeting for procurement activities.
• Manage purchasing within approved budgets.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate procurement records.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of equipment and materials.
• Update supplier, procurement, and inventory information in company systems.
• Handle procurement issues such as delivery delays, pricing discrepancies, and quality concerns.
• Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal departments.
• Support process improvements to enhance procurement efficiency.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, sourcing, or supply chain.
• Experience in supplier sourcing, vendor management, and contract negotiation.
• Knowledge of budgeting, inventory control, and cost analysis is an advantage.
• Experience in commercial kitchen equipment, food service, hospitality equipment, or related industries is preferred.
