Production Admin Coordinator (Pharma, Up to $3000) #HCG

Job Scope

• Plan and coordinate pre-production activities for the packaging of clinical trial supplies.
• Prepare accurate pack designs that meet client requirements and GMP standards.
• Raise and manage documentation updates when pack designs differ from original project requirements.
• Procure packaging materials, label stock, and equipment to support production timelines.
• Work closely with Project Management to ensure project requirements and client approvals are completed on time.
• Coordinate label setup and printing requirements with internal and external stakeholders.
• Set up packaging configurations and jobs within relevant systems.
• Prepare and maintain packaging and labeling documentation, including label print forms and batch records.
• Ensure all activities comply with GMP, regulatory, and company SOP requirements.
