Production Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Support materials receiving and documentation, including receiving and inspecting incoming materials against purchase and delivery documents, recording receipt details accurately in the ERP system, and maintaining proper traceability of all production-related records.
• Coordinate material flow for production, working closely with procurement, warehouse, and production teams to ensure timely handling, storage, and allocation of materials, and supporting stock reconciliation and inventory audits.
• Maintain production and administrative records, including organizing production data, correspondence, expense claims, and other documentation in both digital and physical formats while ensuring confidentiality and audit readiness.
• Provide general factory administrative support, including handling visitor reception, coordinating deliveries and contractors, and managing office and pantry supplies.
• Manage operational permits and compliance records, including applying for, updating, and renewing Activity Permits and Operator Permits, as well as maintaining records of drone variations and newly introduced drone models.
• Support factory assembly line duties, during high volume production period by performing assembly work with technicians.

Requirements:

• Minimally ITE Certificate. Fresh graduates are welcomed
• Basic IT office software proficiency, Good written and oral skills
• Physically fit to walk the production floor to collaborate with colleagues
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
