Program Administrator (Education) ($3,200 to $3,800) #NJA

The Job:

• Administer and track students on their assignment submissions in credit-bearing career courses
• Assist in workshop administration – including but not limited to managing training schedule, venue booking, vendor liaison, procurement, payment, preparing workshop materials, logistic arrangements and evaluation
• Execute in-person and virtual classes
• Design and copy-write publicity materials that are relevant and relatable to students for effective outreach
• Monitor student registrations
• Collate workshop evaluation and other training statistics for reporting

The Requirements:

• Min Diploma/ Degree Holder with min 3-5 years of relevant working experience
• Proficient in MS Office
