About the role
The Programme Associate supports the smooth operations and coordination of Suncare's programmes and centre activities. This role provides administrative, logistical, and operational support to ensure programmes, events, and daily centre functions are well-organised and efficiently managed.
Key responsibilities
Manage day-to-day administrative duties including documentation, filing, scheduling, and record management
Support procurement, inventory tracking, and coordination of programme materials and centre supplies
Assist in managing enquiries, registrations, attendance records, and database updates
Support the smooth daily operations of the centre, including coordination of spaces, logistics, and facilities matters
Support the planning and coordination of programmes, workshops, and engagement activities
Prepare programme materials, attendance sheets, and logistical arrangements for sessions and events
Provide on-ground support during programme delivery and community events where required
Coordinate with facilitators, volunteers, and partners to ensure smooth programme execution
Maintain accurate programme records, attendance, and administrative documentation
Support data entry, simple reporting, and consolidation of programme information
Requirements
Diploma or relevant qualification in Business Administration, Social Work or related fields
Prior experience in administration, programme coordination, or operations support is an advantage
Fresh graduates with relevant internship or volunteer experience may also apply
Strong organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail
Team player, resourceful, responsible, innovative, and able to adapt in a dynamic environment
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace tools
Passionate about supporting children, youths, and community programmes
Able to work on weekends
