  • Conduct quality checks, track inventory and ensure proper documentation
  • Coordinate delivery and collection of equipment, ensuring strict infection control and disinfection standards

Strengthen Programme Coordination

  • Arrange patient transport and concierge services to support care delivery
  • Coordinate ambulance services where required
  • Support onboarding/offboarding of multidisciplinary team members
  • Manage departmental communications and follow-ups

Drive Administrative Excellence

  • Support scheduling, meetings, training and programme-related activities
  • Maintain rosters and ensure operational readiness beyond office hours
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support and contribute to process improvements

Work Schedule

  • 5-day work week, including weekday and weekend shifts
  • Working hours between 8:30am to 6:00pm (shift-based, including weekends and public holidays where required)

What You Bring

Experience & Skills

  • Diploma, GCE ‘A’ Level or equivalent, with 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred
  • Experience in healthcare or customer-facing roles is advantageous
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Attributes
