A leading provider of community healthcare services is seeking to hire a dynamic individual to join their team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of community healthcare programmes and projects.
• Conduct outreach activities and programme sessions to engage clients and the community.
• Develop programme materials and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
• Coordinate between volunteers, staff, and stakeholders to ensure smooth programme delivery.
• Monitor programme quality, compliance, outcomes, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and communications to ensure objectives and deadlines are met.
• Build and maintain partnerships with healthcare and community organisations.
• Prepare programme updates and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support the review, development, and enhancement of services based on client and community needs.
• Undertake other duties and cross-functional responsibilities as assigned by the department.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma and above
• At least 2 years of relevant experience; candidates with experience in a healthcare setting will be advantageous
• Computer literate, preferably in MS Office, Excel, Word etc.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
