Programme Executive ( Weekend)

Join PlayFACTO School as an Programme Executive, where you will play an important role in delivering our programmes, engaging parents, supporting enrolment growth and ensuring smooth day-to-day programme operations. Roles and Responsibility :

• Conduct assigned STEM enrichment classes in accordance with the Company’s curriculum and programme standards.
• Attend to parent enquiries, recommend suitable programmes and follow up on enrolment opportunities.
• Work towards assigned enrolment, retention and programme performance KPIs.
• Build positive relationships with existing students and parents to support programme satisfaction and student retention.
• Plan and coordinate class schedules, student attendance and programme materials, where required.
• Assist in organising and managing logistics for enrichment programmes, events and competitions.
• Manage programme-related administrative duties, including registration, payment collection, invoicing and fee tracking.
• Support operational requirements within the department and across assigned centres.
• Maintain accurate enrolment, attendance, payment and follow-up records.
• Perform other programme, teaching and administrative duties as assigned by the Company.

Job Requirement:

• Able to commit to a five-day work week, including one or both weekend based on operational requirements and the assigned roster.
• Preferably proficient in both spoken and written English and Mandarin, as the role requires communication with English- and Mandarin-speaking parents, students and enrichment stakeholders.
• Comfortable and confident in conducting classes for primary school-aged children.
• Enjoys working with children and contributing to a child-focused learning environment.
• Strong communication, organisational and administrative skills, with attention to detail.
• Confident in engaging parents, recommending suitable programmes and following up on enrolment opportunities.
• Proactive, dependable and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior teaching, enrichment, customer service, sales or programme coordination experience would be advantageous.
