Working with project team members and maintaining complete and accurate record for multiple jobs - working with multiple project managers and engineers
Track submission of all documents and ensure all required project close out documents are obtained
Track all progress claim payment and document processing status
Assist in preparing of tender documentations and follow up on tender outcome and review
Provide administrative support to project department in Day-to-day projects documentation
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
At least a Diploma/Degree
Minimum 2 years of experience in Construction industry
Prior experience with Fire Prevention & Protection Systems will be added advantage
