Project Admin (Northeast - Hougang)

• Working Location: Northeast
• Working hours: 5 days – 8:30am to 5:30pm

Job Scope:

• Provide administrative support to project managers and project teams.
• Assist in coordinating project schedules, meetings, and project-related activities.
• Prepare meeting minutes, reports, and project documentation.
• Maintain and update project records, correspondence, and filing systems.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal departments on project-related matters.
• Handle project-related emails, phone calls, and document submissions.
• Monitor project progress and assist in updating project status reports.
• Support procurement, material delivery tracking, and resource coordination.
• Ensure proper document control and compliance with company procedures.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirement:

• Higher NITEC in Business Administration, Project Management or equivalent

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience preferred
