Key Responsibilities:

• Manage contracts, prepare purchase orders, variations, and final accounts
• Generate cost control and reports
• Provide administrative support to the project team
• Assist the Project Manager in working out quantities for variations and progress claims
• Act as the second point of contact for external stakeholders on behalf of project engineers
• Undertake any other ad-hoc projects or duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum "O" level education
• Outgoing with strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and have a results-oriented mindset in a fast-paced environment
• Basic Microsoft Excel skills and computer literacy are required
