Job Summary

Support the Cluster Head and programme managers in the Medical Cluster by managing administrative tasks to ensure smooth delivery of digital medical projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform secretariat duties for meetings chaired by the Cluster Head, including booking rooms, confirming agendas, recording minutes, and following up on outstanding action items with members
• Manage project administration for Cluster programs by coordinating project planning activities, scheduling meetings, and maintaining up-to-date project timelines
• Track and report on project budgets and costs to support financial oversight and resource allocation
• Organize and maintain project documentation by tracking, filing, and ensuring accessibility of required documents
• Monitor project performance and risks by collecting data and updating relevant tracking tools to support risk mitigation and project success

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma in any discipline
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant work experience

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• IT background preferred to support digital medical projects
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications to produce reports, presentations, and documentation
• Effective communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and coordinate project activities
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

• Employment type: Permanent
• Salary: SGD 3,500 - 4,500 Basic + 1 month variable bonus
• Location: Depot Road, Bukit Merah
• Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
• Working Arrangement: Full Onsite
