Provide project administration support to the architectural team and management.
Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors and relevant authorities on project administrative matters.
Assist in the preparation of tender documents, reports, presentations and project-related documentation.
Maintain organized electronic and hard copy filing systems for project records.
Provide general administrative support for daily office operations.
Undertake other project coordination and administrative duties as assigned.
Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management or a related discipline.
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in project administrative support. Experience in an architectural, engineering or construction consultancy will be an advantage.
Good organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
Positive, proactive and able to work independently as well as in a team.
