Project & Quotation Executive

The Role

This is a pivotal front-end role that sits at the heart of our business. You will be the first point of contact for new enquiries, responsible for turning leads into accurate quotations quickly and professionally. You will work closely with the company director and our technical team to ensure every project is well-scoped, correctly priced,and smoothly handed over to operations.

Key Responsibilities

•    Manage incoming enquiries across WhatsApp, email, and other channels — qualify, categorise, and prioritise promptly so no opportunity is missed

•    Coordinate site measurement scheduling with our technical team and ensure all measurement data is captured accurately in written form

•    Prepare quotations and bills of quantities (BOQ) for a full range of aluminium windows, doors, and louvre systems including Aneeta and Breezway products

•    Handle HDB permit applications and regulatory submissions on behalf of clients

•    Follow up on submitted quotations professionally and maintain a structured quote tracker to monitor conversion rates

•    Manage post-acceptance client coordination — confirm project scope, timeline, and technical details before handover to the operations team

•    Build and maintain product knowledge across our fullrange to price accurately and advise clients confidently

•    Assist in developing and refining our quotation processes as we introduce new product lines and tools

Requirements

•    Qualification in Quantity Surveying, Building,Business, or related field is a plus

•    Minimum 2 years of experience in a construction, fenestration, or building materials environment

•    Comfortable reading architectural drawings and window/door schedules

•    Numerically competent and detail-oriented — accurate pricing is non-negotiable

•    Strong written and spoken English; Mandarin proficiency an advantage for supplier coordination

•    Organised, self-driven, and able to manage multiple enquiries simultaneously without dropping the ball

•    Familiarity with HDB permit processes is a plus but not mandatory — we will train the right candidate
